> 3 dayMy son often complains about having to wear helmets but he was actually excited about this one! There were lots of color options for him to choose from and he loved picking his own! It is easy to adjust and my favorite feature was the interchangeable pads for the inside. I ordered the medium for my 6 yo son and it needed to be just a but more snug. They send 2 different pads that attach to the inside of the helmet, one about 1/2 in thick and the other about 1/4. Very easy to remove and apply. It also has the ratchet adjust so with a simple twist, the size is adjusted. It is covered in a nice sturdy plastic for a very smooth clean appearance. I am very satisfied with this helmet. I also feel like my son will be able to wear this for a few years and it can easily adjust to multiple sizes.
