It feels sturdy too, so for that I highly recommend this for someone with a kid that needs a helmet to ensure their safety. Overall excellent product

Greater than one weekMy little boy is two and he just wears the helmet around the house for play. After 2 weeks the helmet dropped on our wood floors and the hard foam fully popped out and separated from the plastic helmet shell. (I know there are removable foam pads that give extra comfort to the helmet. But I’m not talking about that.) The actual helmet basically came apart! It looks like two globs of hot glue had been used by the manufacturer to secure the helmet shell to the hard foam protector part. Which just came unglued. So unsafe!! I can’t imagine that this helmet would hold up in a crash or fall since it couldnt even handle a little drop on a wood floor. Maybe we just got a “bad one”. But if two globs of glue are what’s being used to keep all of their helmets together, I would definitely NOT recommend. I should have taken a photo but I’ve already hot glued it back together so my little one can play with it indoors. I will not be using this for outdoor use or for anything protectant. Not safe!!
