I have a pet raccoon and Ive literally bought every single other option on amazon to protect the outlets in the house. The raccoon likes to casually walk the perimeter of each room and unplug everything. So this prevents her from doing that. Now she sits in front of them and huffs while she tries to pry open the doors. Downside is they work a little too well. It takes several times opening them to loosen up a little so adult humans can open them easily, but Im not complaining. Its the only thing that saves the wifi, cameras, and tv from being unplugged. If a raccoon cant get into it, theres no baby on the face of the planet that can!

Installs easily and locks securely to keep a curious toddler from messing with plugs. Plenty of room for wall wart type plugs that have a transformer or large plug.

I have a curious infant who likes to touch EVERYTHING. She discovered the outlets about a month or two ago, and would go over to them every day, try to pull on them. Her father and I scrambled to find something that would keep her safe, and not cause any harm. Then we found these outlet covers, and let me tell you, they are a god send. They were easy to install, and look very nice once on. She is unable to open the cover, and eventually lost interest. The only thing I don’t like, is you are unable to use large, horizontal or vertical plug ins, they will not fit. Other than that, they are wonderful. They keep our daughter safe.

Super easy to install. Our one year old grandson cannot get at the outlet now. Works beautifully.

I have cats that love to unplug my cords, so I read reviews and settled on this product. I found it was a bit difficult to open, but I guess thats the idea of being *child-proof*, and cat proof too. Seems to be a good investment so far.

It doesnt work well for plugs that are parallel to the floor. If they were a 1/2 wider, they would be perfect.

Must have to keep little ones from having access plugs that are being used. My husband thinks it’s bulky, but I like that it can accommodate bigger adapters/plugs and came with two different connectors.

I love everything about this outlet cover except for one flaw in the design - the hole placement. I was trying to plug in a power strip that would have worked perfectly, except its plug cants to the left at 45 degrees to the left. The bottom out hole is on the right and is mirrored on the top, unfortunately, meaning that the cable would get serious undue stress in any orientation. Having two holes in the top or the bottom would fix the issue - being able to choose whether our cables come in from the bottom or top left/right would be so much better. As it is right now, for those wanting cables to come in from the right, one must feed the cable from the bottom (with the reverse being true for cables coming in from the left, which must be via the top).
