Greater than one weekI bought these to cover 2 outlets in my living room that my baby was gravitating towards once he learned to crawl. It took him 3 weeks after installation for him to even notice anything worth exploring. They are secure enough that once he found them, he cant open them. I have to use both hands to open them myself so Im confident he wont be able to get into them. Of note, one of the covers fits a little loosely on my outlet and therefore moves a little even after securing the outlet itself, but that doesnt seem to be a product issue since the other outlet cover is secure. Im using these for lamps and standing floor fans so these are items that I wont be moving around - the covers in addition to cord covers provides a nice streamlined appearance besides just hiding ugly cords and is a must for baby proofing.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this design and that it can fit large bulky power bricks and stuff including the bulky Verizon box plug and baby monitor wires!! Thank you. This is such a good company

> 3 dayPerfect for having all your lamps and electronics plugged in and not worrying about a toddler unplugging or harming themselves. Very easy to install.

Greater than one weekPut these on the two exposed outlets that have things plugged into them in our playroom. They have openings on the tops and bottoms for routing your cords. You’ll have a slight bend in any standard extension cord or power strip cord, but they should fit easily. Cords with a 90 degree plug may not work so well, and larger AC adapters may also not fit with the limited vertical clearance. We fed the cords into cord concealers that we got at our local hardware store, they were easy to line up with the openings in the box.

> 3 dayInstallation was a breeze, took less than 5 minutes. The box is definitely sturdy and has dissuaded our son from trying to play with the electrical cord. Opening the box takes some practice and a bit of effort but that’s kind of the point, just might not use it for an outlet that you’re going to frequently be plugging into and unplugging from.

> 3 dayI have a curious infant who likes to touch EVERYTHING. She discovered the outlets about a month or two ago, and would go over to them every day, try to pull on them. Her father and I scrambled to find something that would keep her safe, and not cause any harm. Then we found these outlet covers, and let me tell you, they are a god send. They were easy to install, and look very nice once on. She is unable to open the cover, and eventually lost interest. The only thing I don’t like, is you are unable to use large, horizontal or vertical plug ins, they will not fit. Other than that, they are wonderful. They keep our daughter safe.

> 3 dayIt doesnt work well for plugs that are parallel to the floor. If they were a 1/2 wider, they would be perfect.

> 3 dayMust have to keep little ones from having access plugs that are being used. My husband thinks it’s bulky, but I like that it can accommodate bigger adapters/plugs and came with two different connectors.
