They work just fine. Its a simple item. But next time (and I do need more) I will buy some opaque white ones that block out the view of the outlet holes. They look nicer and the baby wont actually see the holes through the transparent plug cover.

My 1 year old was still able to pull it out so if there was a way to hook it to the outlet cover plate that would be worth looking into

These are great! Easy to put in/take out. My son doesnt even notice the plugs now. He tried to pull them off and gave up. Plenty of them came in the pack and we have some leftover! Highly recommend.
