I installed on my total gym and I feel it help when I rotate my wrist. I dont even notice it is there and it give just enough length to making the total gym easier to get full range of motion before I top out the total gym.

This thing is Amazing! We have an Autistic son that lives in his swing on our back deck. For years now, he goes there and spends his time. He has gone through many of these because he wears the metal down. This one has given his swing a whole new life! He can swing 180 degrees with such ease! This product is worth every penny! My daughter and her friend like to both get on the swing and spin around and so far the swivel can hold them up ok. The kids are about 40lbs each and arent bouncing on it. Installation was trivial.
