> 3 dayThese were just what I needed. One of my bikes has rims/tires that makes getting the tire off a chore. These make it easier and stop me from cussing so much.

> 3 dayFor many years I tried to take bike Tires off without a bike lever and for a while that worked, I was able to get tires off without one. Then I realized, as I got older my hands got bigger and it became a lot trickier to get the tire off, sometimes resorting to a crowbar...(worst decision I ever made.) I was able to do it but it took me about five minutes. Then after purchasing the Park Tool 6.2 tire levers it really cut my time in half by about three minutes, so now it only takes me about two minutes to get a tire off. These really are the best on the market, you really can’t get a better product, these are solid steel with plastic molding to give it long lasting protection and these will not break. I love Park Tool, and I love their bike tool products they make the best in the industry and while the tools are expensive, they actually save money in the long run. With 85% of their tools being made in America and 25% overseas, really there quality tools that really do last. Plus, once you invest in these tools or invest in one of their many different toolkits like the AK-2, AK-3, PK-3 BMK-264 or MK-278 or in each tool individually etc, its money thats going to pay itself back down the road in the future.Never buy generic bike tools, that only costs you more down the road later. I highly recommend buying this product, you will not regret it.

> 3 dayI like these tire levers. Having used metal levers to scratch rims and pinch tires Im not a fan of them. And Ive broken, bent or worn down enough plastic levers to not particularly care for them. These levers reach a happy compromise. If youre a gram counter these levers are a bit weighty compared to all plastic levers. But Im fine with that knowing that theyll hold up should I need to use them when riding. The metal makes them plenty sturdy and the exposed metal tip of the tire end of the tool is shaped to work well for inserting and to avoiding pinching a tube. The plastic is well positioned to avoid scraping rims. While the plastic does wear a tiny bit when sliding around a rim to remove a tire it seems like it will hold up a good long while. Ive recommended these and hope they are still made should I need replacements down the road.

> 3 dayThese are fine tire levers - very strong, yet actually a bit smaller than other levers touted as strong. Theyre also a bit heavier, which is expected. Positives: they are steel all the way to the tip and the plastic coating provides good protection to your rims without being too bulky. On the down side, these dont have spoke hooks and theyre quite expensive. The similar but not quite as good Bikehand steel reinforced levers are much cheaper. Way I look at it, if Im stuck on the side of the road with a stubborn flat, Im glad to have spent the extra cash. YMMV.

22-11-2024Awesome lever set. These are super strong, metal, levers with a nice plastic coating to protect those colored wheels. Great to throw in your camelbak or to even use in the garage. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
