Gift to my son and he is enjoying it. He uses almost every week to fix his and his friends bikes

What can I say, its a wheel dishing gauge. Its a pretty simple tool, but a necessary tool to have. It does what its supposed to, and since its a Park Tool I expect it will last. I wouldve given it 5 stars if I didnt have to pay $50 for such a super simple tool. I guess that Park Tool blue paint is really expensive...

Its a little weird to use, but once you get used to it, its great. The older alignment tool was a little easier to setup. It had a more precise indicator. But, so far, the way Ive found to use this is to check that the blocks are hitting the rim, and not the tire. Push the center gauge part down into the concave part, and tap it over the axle of the wheel. Get it so that it clears the axle if you slide it back and forth over it. (Check for clearance) And then flip the wheel over and look at the back side. You should get a better reading doing it that way. Its a pretty awesome tool, and can save a lot of time and futzing with caliper adjustments. A must have for wheel builders.

Parktool has nothing to do with this complaint. I just got this dishing tool and one side was scratched and a bit bent. It was shipped via UPS and the box is not damaged or mishandled.

Could be made a little better. depth gauge is jerky to use. Looks cheap. Works. Not much else to say.

Exactly what I needed. Thought i could get by with just the truing stand, but this is a must for precise dishing and truing.
