Was skeptical about the design of this extruder, I have used more common KitchenAid extruder, so I have experience with extruded pasta. I happy to say this attachment is great. Super easy to clean which is a huge plus. I love the variety of shapes, especially the small/large elbow pastas. I highly recommend this product especially for the price. A little advice if you’re new to extruded pasta, the pasta has to be a little dryer than pasta made to run through a pasta machine.

Easy to insert, take apart, and clean. The dough has to be a little drier so it doesn’t stick. Once you get the hang of it, you can make perfect pasta. So happy I now can make my own pasta, with all the different shapes We enjoy homemade pasta. Totally worth it

I have been working on making my own meals since I retired earlier this year to eat healthier. I had already found the usefulness of the kitchen aid mixer, making pizza, spaghetti, and fettuccine. Today I made macaroni for my son using this, and he was very pleased, as was I!! I cant wait to try the other attachments as well!

This makes pasta making a breeze. Just make sure to rest the dough and not to make the dough too firm. I thought cleaning was gonna be a chore, but once I left the stuck on dough dry like instructed it was kind of a satisfying experience peeling them off and pushing them out with the cleaning tool.

Very cool gadget. I love that you can make the pasta as long or short as you want. I’ll be playing with more dough recipes for gluten free pasta but so far it’s been a hit! Very easy to use and pretty easy to assemble (my husband helped).

We enjoyed making pasta using our kitchen aid pasta attachment! Made it simpler and fun to cook even during a busy week.

Bought these for my ex-wifes birthday since she loved to make pasta. However, the extruders made by kitchenaid is a bit pricy and these work just as well. Makes decent pasta if you follow extruder pasta recipes. Overall would recommend

I was looking for a while for a pasta maker attachment for my kitchen aid machine. This fit perfectly for my needs. So far it performs as advertised. I just tried it over the weekend and it works very well. Happy with the product so far.
