06-06-2025Was skeptical about the design of this extruder, I have used more common KitchenAid extruder, so I have experience with extruded pasta. I happy to say this attachment is great. Super easy to clean which is a huge plus. I love the variety of shapes, especially the small/large elbow pastas. I highly recommend this product especially for the price. A little advice if you’re new to extruded pasta, the pasta has to be a little dryer than pasta made to run through a pasta machine.
