Let me just say this is the headset you need! Owned a TB stealth 520 and another Turtle beach headset for PC (wired).....I thought they were great until the PS4s broke. This product is built to last, great sound, breathable, simple, and it has the best ear pads i have tried.....ears dont sweat with this product. Must buy if your looking for serious quality!

The on button wouldnt work consistently until it eventually broke entirely.

I like the headsets, and use them 5 times a week, but they have started losing their connection to the console randomly, drops out 3 or 4 times and just beeps in your ear while trying to play. I contacted the PDP service to see if there is something we can do to reset them, or if they will be covered under warranty. Makes it difficult to play the PS4 while hearing garble and beeping in the middle of the game. Updated, 5 months after purchase the manufacture sent me a replacement unit minimal questions asked, and it arrived in 2 days! Back to having good reception The receiver end that plugs into the console, must be angled correctly for good reception. I had problems with it dropping out of reception, and ultimately ended up angling my ps4 to the right while trying to figure out why, and the signal from the console is sent to the left, so anything on the right side dropped out

he loves them they are definitely noise canceling because he cant hear me anymore

Using for PS4, plug and play; lovely sound and very easy to use. Mic on-off feature is really nice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a compatible, affordable headphone

It was great when it works but after 9m the power button broke and it is useless junk. You also need a USB adapter to plug into the PS4 which is great if the PS4 never moves however my son takes the game console when he goes back to his mom so we always need to remember to unplug it. Also if you dont charge, well you are out of luck. Went back to the good old wired headset where my son doesnt need to remember to charge the headset and hopefully the power button doesnt break.

1. Product is great especially the mic (Being in pandemic and working from home, noise cancelling mic does works amazingly) 2. Headphone speaker quality is good 3. Connectivity is super simple with USB connectivity option 4. This is my first day of use. Hopefully it works the same way for long period.

Purchased for my son so he could game online with friends, previous headsets were always breaking. Its wireless via a thumb drive, rechargeable and easy to mute. My epic gamer gives it his approval which isnt easy to come by. Worth the investment.

I WISH THEY WOULD STOP WAKING ME UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I’m not sure if I just got a defective model right off the bat but this was my second time purchasing these headphones and I had no problems with the first model that my mom uses for her work. They disconnect randomly while using AND in the middle of the night decide to turn on and off by itself, but when it turns on and off it makes this beeping noise you can hear throughout the whole room when you don’t have the headphones on. I’m a light sleeper as it is so I am so beyond frustrated and can’t find any information online on how to troubleshoot them in a situation like this, even though I’m finding a lot of other people share the same experience.

I got these for my fiance for his birthday and he loved them until they completely fell apart (only 3 months after having them). He takes very good care of all his things, so he was by no means rough with the headphones but one day when he was playing he went to adjust the mic and it fell into his hand. I dont see where I can get in contact with the seller so Im writing this review in hopes that theyll see this and resolve the issue.
