This is a great idea to weather proof a Wyze V3 Only problem is, when night rolls around and the ir lights kick in...you picture is going to be all whitewashed from reflecting off the white innerds of the case itself. If it wasnt for this...this product would have a 5 star from me and should from everyone else. But Being I like things to be close to perfect, this one is far from it. I have black electrical tape on the insode of the case up front above and around the front of the cam/lens. This helps till I can figure out something else. Maybe paint it flat back in the inside(?) I liek this item...but it needs so work done to it to get rid of the terrible glare/whitewash effect.

The Wyze v3 for perfectly in this mount! I was skeptical at first due to other reviews saying that it didn’t fit properly, but took a chance on it and it worked perfectly. Installation was no trouble at all.

Easy to install, even I can set it up myself

The PEF mount is a solidly constructed mount. It is straightforward to install and securely holds the camera. It does not interfere with the cameras function in any way. I would recommend this product without reservation.

We installed this in conjunction with the Wyze Lamp Socket Power Adapter. In tandem they allowed us to have our V3 Camera mounted anywhere outside (and use our exterior porch light as a motion light to boot, but thats because of the socket, not this enclosure). We live in a climate that gets hit by Hurricane-force winds, we got hit a few weeks ago by such weather and the camera protected by this enclosure survived like a champ. I appreciated the guide sheet for drilling the holes and the included hardware (including cable management brackets). I recommend figuring out the mounting spot prior to drilling by notably testing the cable length and placement of its brackets. What I mean is first run and attach the cable permanently BEFORE installing the enclosure to make sure the length is right. Youll save yourself a lot of headaches. Camera fits snugly in it and adjusting the angle was very easy. I asked my wife to look in the app to confirm that the angle was good while I actively adjusted it from on top of the ladder. Once it was where we wanted, we simply locked it in placed and then screwed it into the exterior wall. The higher vantage helps a lot and now that the camera is outside people can actually hear us speak using the Cameras mic. The enclosure does not hinder the mic. All in all, it look longer to prep the installation than actually do it. Id guesstimate a good 10 minutes is sufficient, provided you have a ladder and a drill. T.L.;D.R.: Great product. Great product great picture fairly good speaker just over around for the money man it is an awesome deal and the monthly service at 4.95 a month is great

I love the security and safety feature of the Wyze camera! I live alone and it gives me a sense of security I didn’t have before. Installation was a breeze! Excellent product!
