Im not sure what night vision and warmth have to do with this product. As far as thickness it seems sturdy enough. The Wyze Cam V3 fits nicely inside this product and it was easy to install. Ive had mine up for about two weeks now and today we had some pretty hefty winds and it hasnt shifted from where I first installed it. I plan on buying the 3 pack next since I now know its quality.

Do far this is a great little camera I have i few cameras and so far i like this one the best , the picture is nice and clear day or night and night is in volor and nice and clear i would diffinately order it again

Easy to install and set up no problem

So, its an okay mounting unit the only major flaw is the faceplate is loose and I had to use a bit of puddy to make it tight. It has some better features than standard housing units. Namely the foam at the end of the tension wheel to tighten it.

This is a good mount and is helpful for storing the camera safely from bad weather. It is easy to install. I guess the only thing I would like to have it offer is another option setting the recorded area. It just moves straight up or down. Would help to be able to move left or right a little bit.

I purchased four Wyze v3 cameras but but found that the bases on the cameras would not allow me to avoid getting parts of the ledges in the views from my cameras. I then purchased a PEF mount which fit the cameras perfectly and allowed me to get pictures that no longer have the ledges in them. I really liked the mount so I purchased three additional mounts. The mounts are easy to install and I really like how adjustable they are.

I was using the PEF mounts meant for the Wyze OC for my v3s (which did get the job done) however these are made FOR the V3s which gives you a better fit. The hood I find not only stops water drops on the lense but helps battle sun glare too. I Def recommend these.
