> 24 hourGreat design and concept. Provides storage for your headlamp and provides a handy tent light. When you use your headlamp as a tent light, sometimes its hard to prevent getting the direct beam of light from hitting your eyes. This little thing disperses the light and brightens the space uniformly. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourThis is very handy for making more diffuse lighting to fill a tent or cover a picnic table or area at a campsite. It is a bit bulky if you are trying to minimize volume in your pack, but when you store your headlamp plus some spare batteries in there, then it isnt so much extra space. (Even without spares it might be good to take your batteries out since Petzls dont have a power switch lock and might get turned on by accident.) And I like the flexible dome that lets you squeeze it to change the light settings or turn on/off without having to open the case. I use this with a Zipka headlamp, which doesnt have the thick strap, so it sits lower in this case. But it still works to create a nice broad diffuse and even lighting for an area.

> 24 hourThis multi-functional case not only protects your headlamp but it can become a mini-hanging lantern. Case is sturdy and you can turn lamp on and off when the case is closed.

> 24 hourMostly bought it to store my Taktic 450 and for use as a lantern. It exceeded my expectations. Its actually really bright and lightweight. My kids love using it too. I like the strap it cam with. Proved it in caving. Didnt let me down and kept my light clean from mud.

> 24 hourIm not a camper and dont need a light weight in-tent lantern, but I bought this case and love it. This light is my go-to flashlight; I use it almost daily. Its handy for just about everything and is bright enough that you dont have to squint. The carrying case keeps the headlight strap well-contained, making it easier to store. For me, the fringe benefit is that, when the power goes out (which it does at least a couple of times a year where I live), I have a ready-at-hand lantern. Well made, easy to use, I highly recommend hit PETZL NOCTILIGHT.

> 24 hourLove it. It makes my Petzel headlamp into a teeny tiny lantern. It has an elastic strap that you can put around a tent pole or whatever.

> 24 hourI wanted a case to protect my Petzl Tactikka + RGB and ran across this one. I dont know why anyone would settle for anything else! This case is as small as you can get, protects my headlamp while in my pack and doubles as a lantern too. (By the way, yes you can also store 3 extra AAA batteries in the bottom of the case.) Im very pleasantly surprised to have found it. Perfection!

> 24 hourArrived on time in good condition. My Petzl headlamp fits inside, and I can switch the headlamp off and on from outside the lantern case no problem. When I go camping in a few weeks, well see how well it works as a lantern !

> 24 hourI have a Zipka and Zipka Plus 2 and the headlamp rattles around this case like a marble in a jar and the power button doesnt align with the case. This is due to the extra space in the case for a bulkier head strap which the Zipka and Zipka Plus 2 dont have. (They have a retractable head band). Ive returned the case.
