Greater than one weekThis thing is awesome! I got it a couple of months ago at the point where my daughter can walk while holding my hand, but she wasnt confident enough to even try walking on her own (so she always got back down on her knees to crawl somewhere, and then stand up again once she got to where she wanted to go even though its no more than a couple feet in distance). We have one of those push walkers, but the wheels always slid too fast away from her and so she could never push one of those on her own. It took her 5 minutes to be comfortable on the Ybike the very first time I put her on it, and then after that she was literally rolling all over the house on her own! The design is amazing. The body is slender in the middle, so that when my daughter is straddled and walking, it doesnt require her to open her natural stance too much. The tail of the body widens so that she doesnt slip out the back end. The height is perfectly low enough to encourage her to stand and walk instead of sit and paddle, but she can sit on it when shes tired. The wheels are 360 spinner style and rollerblade quality, which makes the Ybike very easily maneuverable in every direction (and doesnt require me to drop whatever Im doing to go and get her unstuck or turned around). Its small and compact compared to the traditional walkers on the market (we live in the city and dont have much space), and totally works even in small spaces. My only very minor complaint is that the color of the product featured in this picture is all wrong. The description says pink, but the picture looks like its got more of a purplish hue. Its totally pink...think bubble gum pink.

> 3 dayEverywhere we go we take this! It’s lightweight and my 10 month old loves it! It really helps with not bending over to help learn to walk. It’s pricey I know but it is so good and easy to put together.

> 3 dayThis is such an amazing walking toy for babies. We got this for our daughter when she was still not walking independently. She used it a ton and she really enjoyed the freedom of movement w/ the caster wheels, unlike more traditional walkers. She has been walking independently for months now and she still takes off w/ the walker for fun. She is 30 tall right now and at an in between stage of height and development such that shes not yet figured out how to sit on it and ride it like a bike. Because she is not yet riding it like a bike I cannot speak to the tipping problem that some other reviewers mention.

> 3 dayFirst of all , this is high quality , no doubt . I bought this for my 10 month old granddaughter , hoping it would help her walk, help with her balance . But she is too young still for this . The principle is that the child can push it from the back and it would keep them more stable while learning to walk , and the angle of the back is suppose to help with the fall , which would be directly onto their bottom . As they get bigger, the baby can use it as a push bike , we didn’t get to try that out because she would have fallen off immediately if she wasn’t being held . The good news is that she screamed when we took her off the bike once we realized she couldn’t balance enough to stay on it . So she does love it ! We had to hide it immediately because she wanted to ride it so bad . I would but again? But the appropriate age should say “if the child can balance on the seat “ or “when the child is almost walking without assistance “. All in all , it will be a great toy for a few years at least .

> 3 dayOur little guy (9 months old) loves his new bike. It is a bit fast for him at this age on hardwood floors, as he’s just learning to walk around - so parental assistance is a must, but he’s having lots of fun with it. Happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI bought this for my niece who initially was unable to use it because she was too small and the wheels are very mobile? This is like one of those things on Wheels you can tap and it will roll across the room, of that makes sense. The second my niece was able to touch the ground while sitting on it this has become the only important item in her life. I was told that she literally throws temper tantrums if its not around when she wakes up from naps or for the day etc. Its really nice because obviously you can use it as a bike but also as a tool to help with learning to walk etc. As previously said the wheels are very sensitive so thats very good when children are learning balance (not using as a bike). My niece literally loves this thing. She sprints across the house and then does Tokyo drifts around corners. You have to pay attention because she would literally roll over your toes and break every single one of them. Lol I absolutely recommend getting this for anyone that has babies or like 3 and unders.

> 3 dayMy baby (11 months) isn’t walking on his own just yet, however, he can walk around with toys such as this one. I have a couple others for him, but he seems to like this one the most bc he can ride on it or walk with it. He also loves how it moves in any direction easily. I would recommend an infant/toddler helmet if your little one isn’t sturdy when walking.

> 3 dayI would give this bike 10 stars if I could. I bought this for my grandsons 1st birthday. I thought he would use it as a walker, but he wanted to ride it immediately. He was able to get around so easily. He knew how to move forward, back and even sideways without us showing him what to do. It is extremely sturdy and well made. He was getting frustrated because he always wanted someone to hold his hands and walk him, and now we put him on his bike and he is off and zooming everywhere on his own. I noticed in the past two weeks that his balance has improved and the little daredevil is even riding one-handed now!! My daughter teachers preschool special ed and said the school uses this brand of scooter for the children to help teach coordination. It is the perfect size for a one year old. It works well on all floor surfaces. My grandson can even go from hard floor to his alphabet mat with ease. We now make sure we take the bike wherever we go. It is small and light enough to take to his great-grandparents house and sturdy enough to take to the park. His confidence and independence has blossomed!

> 3 dayI gave it 4 our of 5 stars because the front left wheel sometimes gets stuck and my son has to overcorrect it to make it go straight, but all in all in he loves it. It is light, easy to carry from place to place which makes bringing it outside or to the park a great idea. it also travels well to grandma and grandpas house. We took a cross country roadtrip and i was so happy we brought this along bc he just entertained himself so well with it, when we would stop for breaks at parks or rest areas. he would loves to just push it around grass concrete, didnt mater. He does it push it more than ride it, its a very versatile toy to have.
