3 of the 4 bearings I ordered were pressed in crooked by 15-20 percent. Terrible to allow these out unchecked. Have returned for refund and will never purchase from you again. One out of 4 I could understand (just) but 3 unusable out of 4...thats never acceptable!

I took a chance on these based on reviews that mentioned these bearings are self-aligning. Perhaps they are, but the hole bored through the casting that the bearing is pressed into is obviously bored at an angle relative to the rest of the casting and not in line with the mounting holes. I would either need to mount the casting at an angle or hope the self-aligning internal ring of the bearing did not cause ball bearings to run out of the internal raceway causing wear and premature failure. Pulling and replacing bearings is chore enough without worrying about doing it again sooner than necessary due to early failure of the part you are installing. I decided Im not risking it and returned them. Other than that, they appear to be of good quality and, if you can mount them slightly offset so the actual bearing itself is in line with the shaft, would probably work for you just fine. I dont have room to offset these on my brackets, so they are on their way back for a refund. I would be willing to try these again if I could confirm that they are being machined correctly or if I had an application with a little room to mount them at a slight angle.

Exact fit on a 26 year old machine. Allen locks to hold the shaft from walking. Grease fitting to keep it all lubricated. Great product.

Solid bearing, its able to adjust slightly which is really good for less than perfect installations. Reviewers mention its crooked which is silly because you just it adjust it to fit and it stays perfectly straight, thats the whole point. Im using mine on a garage door spring bar to keep the ends from moving up and down as the bar flexes and bends. This bearing is Perfect for this since it adjusts, like its suppose to, to point in the correct direction and keep the movement up and down in check.
