For some reason every once in a while it won’t work unless I press the button twice. Other than that it’s great I also use it to control my ceiling fans.

Having physical controls for smart lights is a must unless you want to constantly be asking Siri (which in some cases is a hassle). This switch is super easy to add to your existing home structure through the Phillips Hue app and easy to physically install to the wall. My only complaint is the lack of a designed ‘off’ button means a little configuration needs to be done within the app in order to set that up. You can still program a button to be the ‘off’ switch, it just took a couple times to get the Hue app and HomeKit to play nicely together.

Every year my husband gripes at me about leaving all the Christmas lights on and my Christmas villages lights...ect. We ordered several of these and linked all the decor plug-ins to them. These sync perfectly with our Philips app, so we were able to set specific times during the week or weekend. Now he is happy and no more having to have that argument each holiday season lol.

My product was missing a piece so I contacted Phillips Support. They were very responsive and have a terrific warranty program

I have Hue so I try to get Hue products like this to integrate into the system. This one operates the Christmas tree. There was a day or two where this would flicker of and on on its own but over the course of several weeks, it did not occur again so as with all technology, I just chalked it up to some basic software hiccups that eventually work themselves out.

The switch is easily programmed by tethering either to a light bulb - or - by adding it to the app and programming everything over the phone once. Using the phone app, the Hue and power buttons can then even switch between different sceneries / modes. Which makes this really nice. Also - the remote can then work from anywhere in the house - which makes it even more interesting (and dangerous to chaos if you have multiple and switch them ;) ). All in all I really like this and bought even 2 more controls!

I purchased this device to add to all my Philips HUE home lights. This is an must ave addition. It will give all home members an easy to use switch/. We added it to our tining table light and the living room lights. Now if we like to switch on or of the lights we just put the switch on the table and everyone can access the swicth. Installation is easy and adding lights to the 4 switches is easy with the HUE app. I recomand this to all HUE fans.

Love this switch. I have it simply placed on my nightstand to control 4 zones in my home. It’s sleek and easy to put anywhere. The wall mount looks high quality as well, with a magnetic back to use the switch more as a remote. For now, just sitting on the nightstand is perfect.

The instructions included as well as what is available on the website when following the QR code link are some of the most unhelpful things I’ve ever encountered. Once I guessed my way into configuring it, it works very nicely.

Adding the Hue smart plug to your hub is just like any other Hue bulb. The advantage of using the Hue smart plug over the Innr smart plug is that this one is also HomeKit compatible. This smart plug just works!
