It is not bright enough for a reading lamp but doesnt give off blue light so you can wind down for bed. **update** Bulb burned out after very low use. I’ve maybe used it 10 times for short periods but all of the sudden it would not come on.

Exactly what we needed for our table lamp in the hallway that we use as night lighting for our 5.5 year old to see when going to the bathroom. We keep our bedroom door open and this light doesnt bother us while sleeping nor any guests we may have.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Specialty night light lamps are expensive and I just wanted a dim bulb that fits a standard lamp to turn it into a nightlight fory kids. It arrived quickly and worked well so I ordered a couple more as backup. Its gives off a very dim incandescent light that spreads further than most night lights do. But its not so bright that it affects my kids sleep and they love it.

This low wattage light is ideal for the lamp in the dogs room where she sleeps at night. I can easily go in and see that she is OK in her kennel without disturbing her. I imagine it would work great for a kids bedroom but our younger daughter does not want a light on in her bedroom.

Used for a little little lamp on my kitchen table. Perfect amount of light. Used as a soft night light ,warm glow just to see your way through in the dark!
