So far so good. Very user friendly. Instructions clear and to the point. Small printer can be taking anywhere. I know I will be using this a lot.

Ive tried multiple ways to find out what it wont charge and havent gotten any answers. It just blinks a fast green light. I got ahold of the customer service and they sent out a new one fast and without any troubles! The new one works perfect and I am excited to use it more in the future!

The first I got was defective so I requested that I got a new one. The one I have now is working great. I love it. Hopefully it stays that way.

Overall this little printer has been pretty good. The line drawn pictures you can use from the app print out nice and crisp, and there is quiet a lot of variety (stickers, to do lists, frames, etc.). However, the print quality of pictures is somewhat disappointing. No matter what Ive tried, they always come out looking very grainy. Depending on the detail of the picture, the graininess can sometimes make it hard to tell what the picture actually is. For more simple pictures (selfies with solid backgrounds, etc.) its good enough, I suppose, but if you are buying this for the purpose of printing pictures for a travel journal or something similar I would look for a different option.

I work as a therapist and I love using this with my younger clients. You are able to print basically anything. I have used this to label things in my house, paperwork, for my planner, creating personalized stickers for my kiddos, and so much more. I have a little trick on justifying my purchases that I have to use it for as many times as i bought it, this has exceeded this so i highly recommend! and a i get a ton of complements on it from others

I though it would take a while to start this up but it simple and easy. You just have to charge it, then turn it on and connect with Bluetooth.

I bought this printer in November last year after doing some market research. I have used it for my journals because Im in love with stationery and organization. In addition to personal use I can print organizing labels for my home. Positive point: 1. Its compact and practical. 2. Its very easy to use the application and it has several options of images; and is updated frequently. 3. You can write text, insert images and even print your photos in black and white. 4. No need for ink. 5. The battery is long lasting. 6. The papers are of high quality. Negative point: 1. Does not print in color 2. Papers refil is unique to the brand. In closing, yes, I highly recommend purchasing this printer. And I wasnt paid to write for it! =)

Great little printer, works well with an iPhone. An app is needed to use device and the app itself is easy to use. It’s too small for shipping labels but great for b/w stickers.
