The image is clearly of the most recent (2016) version of the PHAK. What was sent was the 2008 version. This is useless if you need the latest information. Buy it local.

I ordered this book for my son who would like to become a pilot. He is very happy with the content and depth of this book which effectively covers the basics of becoming a pilot.
