> 24 hourI have been using Corel Draw for 30 years and have used Pinnacle studio since version 7. I made over 300 professional diving videos with Studio 7-9. I loved the product and the results helped me land a gig with The Amazing Race. So when it came time to make videos for my employer for You Tube and Facebook naturally I chose Studio 25. Though a lot has been added over the years the appearance was recognizable and I went right to work. Since then it has been nothing short of a pain in the butt. I would add a clip and split the sound to adjust noise reduction and the sound in the edit mode shows graphically but you cannot hear it. I would have to close the program and go back in only have it to work until I made another adjustment. The same happened when i added music to the background. I was expecting this clip to take less than an hour to complete. I already have 8 hours on it and it is still not finished... making me look like an idiot in front of my boss. I would be happy if you brought back Studio 8! This version should have not made it out from Beta. WAIT... it gets worse. I contacted customer support last Thursday 2/9/22 (from some foreign country) and it is Monday 2/14/22 and I have yet to hear back from them. I gave it 2 stars simply because I love the original programs and know what it can do. Otherwise... 1 star!

> 24 hourI had an old Pinnacle program that I used for over 10 years and I loved it! Then I decided to use the Pinnacle 25 and I have had nothing but trouble with it. When I ask for help, they do respond but they want me to do higher tech things to fix a new program. I think that something new should work properly and I should not have to make many tech moves to get it to work.

> 24 hourI havent seen such bad software since the 90s! Heres a partial list of problems I had with it: 1) Video clips got cut short when importing 2) Video clips got garbled after editing (ie, jerky, jumpy quality) 3) Screen recorder produced poor quality recordings - worse than many freeware programs 4) Preview didnt correspond well to video, making it impossible to edit with any precision 5) Program froze frequently 6) Tech support experiencing higher call volume than usual I would rather get a root canal than work with this software again. Luckily, I found a freeware video editor with a cheap upgrade that works vastly better than Pinnacle Studio!

> 24 hourI have owned many versions of Studio (ultimate) in the last 15 years or more, and still have 18 and 22 on my wibdows 7 computer. I have also owned several versions of Power Director and a few other programs for video editing. But, Studio was always my preferred software. Until this version. 1. It came with around 100 extra titles, transitions and overlays that are placed on your computer desktop during installation. WHY? Each of these must be imported manually into the program. And, if you do not want half your desktop screen blocked by the files, you must first copy them to another location. 2. During creation of my first movie with version 25, I discovered that around half of the soundtract files would not download and play. This was followed shortly after by loss of titles and transitions. To get the files back I was directed to reset Studio. When that did not work, I was told to reinstall. For each of these solutions the 100 plus extras had to be reimported. The reinstall brought back the lost transitions, titles and overlays, but not the soundtracts. 3. I finally imported a family video on DVD last week as one file. Unfortunately, the sound became very high pitched like talking after inhaling helium. So, I re-recorded the family vidro from VHS to DVD in small sections and imported the smaller segments from the DVD. The sound was perfect.....until I started cutting and editing. Then the sound no longer matched the video segments. I gave up and used Power Director 20 for this video. 4. While working on the family video, before giving up, the pan/zoom and video effects buttons stopped opening the windows that let you do the pan/zoom and effects. No way to use these items. 5. Finally, the customer support are no more the mindless robots who send canned responses each time you contact them. AND, GUESS WHAT THE SOLUTION IS TO EVERYTHING. RESET OR REINSTALL. In over 3 months of using this version of Studio and asking (even numbering) questions, I have NEVER received a direct answer to ANY of them. Even when I continually beg them to answer my questions, I receive a canned response that explains how to take and send screenshots, reset, reinstall, and read FAQS on their web site (which do not address these issues but do tell you how to reset or reinstall the program. One question I asked was what is causing the issues because until that is determined and corrected, you may needcto reset or reinstall every day fir the rest of your use of Studio

> 24 hourThis paste works for filling in scratches but does not change the colours in general.
