> 3 dayThe handle close to the dog is great for keeping close control without being bent over. Only minor problem is our lab sometimes steps on the handle if we are holding the end grip. Ring under the grip is great for holding a flashlight or clean up bags. The foam grips are very comfortable and make it easy to hold the leash even with the dog pulling. The leash has a little give which also helps with pulling. Foam grips also float which helps when she runs in the water for a swim.

Greater than one weekThis is my second time purchasing one of these leashes. The first was for my 75 lb golden doodle who was going through leashes constantly before we found this one. The second was for our newest foster dog. Both have been great!

> 3 dayI am in process of training 6 month old Labrador puppy who likes to pull when walking. The lower handle works great with easy walk harness, provides better control. Only improvement might be to offer a shorter leash, say around 8 feet as this one is 12 feet long.
