> 24 hourQuality handles. I have a home gym and no room for a cable machine. So I attach bands to my squat rack and attached these handles to the resistance bands. No complaints. Quality handles, quality fabric and metal. Tested them out with banded flys. Would recommend! Comes with a bag as well, but I will most likely hang them up somewhere.

The rings are strong and capable, the handles are plenty wide, and so well-made that I never once experience the ambient worry that something will give in the handle during max-weight use.
