Greater than one weekThis is a great little set. I only needed the wire brush but I have used the copper as well. Cleaning the rust off the Allan heads on my bikes is tough. Steel wool only goes so far. This little beauty fits right in there and makes a long job take mere seconds. Time will tell on durability, but all wire brushes do wear out. This set has been a major time saver and I know you won’t be disappointed with the purchase.

Greater than one weekIt is apparent when opening these that they are the lowest grade products of their type. In the first set I received, the Brass Bristle mechanism didnt push up. So I ordered a replacement. The replacement came today and now I see that the one labelled Steel Bristle is actually not steel. It is a second nylon or fiberglass bristle. I am debating whether to even bother ordering a replacement. Just be aware that they are of extremely low quality.

> 3 dayThe printing telling which brush is which is on the case, not on the brush, which is more annoying than you might think. Product is fine otherwise.

Greater than one weekI ordered the whole set just to get my hands on the fiberglass scratch brush for electrical contacts. I had ONE that I used for at least 10 years but I had to leave it behind at work when I retired. This set of 4 various-fibered brushes looks O.K., but I eagerly got out the glass bristle one and twisted out a little stiff bit, and went at a tiny rust spot on a knife blade. Bloop! The fibers disappeared up into the body of the pen. Turned the advancing knob on the top. Nope. Nothing. Took the end off and there was the bundle of glass fiber. It wouldnt move except for a tiny bit and turning the knob did nothing. So, I guess thats what I have. Nothing. Just a broken pen and 3 more types for which I have no use.

Greater than one weekGot this to clean up an restoration project. After using to clean up the original hardware (which had been soaked in cleaner) the 2 I used fell apart after 1 use.

Greater than one weekThese are being used as one treatment when removing encrustations from ancient coins. They are used with little pressure in a circular motion and work very well.
