Theyve been great on the trailer. They provide a nice and snug fit and help keep the side walls of the trailer straight with large loads of rock and dirt pressing against them.

Very strong. Does not come with bolts/nuts/screws though. Uses 3/8 inch diameter bolts/screws. There is only one back plate per setup, so must acquire washers separately to be used as back plate for thin board applications.

These worked great for strengthening the corners of my stake sides on my utility trailer. Now I can remove either end of the stake sides in seconds by simply unlatching two catches. (I left the stakes sides bolted to the trailer) The are really heavy duty, but you will need to buy the bolts to attach to your configuration. Edit, now have had these for over a year, still working great, and no rust, even though I leave my trailer outside and uncovered year-round. I finally added some picts to show how I used them to connect the stake sides on my trailer. Note, the wood for the stake sides is 5/4 cedar, 3/8 bolts are not included with the latch, and I used nylon-insert locknuts to prevent loosening.

These are heavy duty. They install with 3/8 bolts, which are not included, and match up perfectly. They were nicer than I expected which is always a nice surprise.

Used it for a trailer gate frame. Very easy to install and does not move at all during travel.
