Planters Peanut Oil, 24 oz

> 24 hourThis is high-quality peanut oil. Some people expect peanut oil to smell or taste like peanuts. That does not happen, nor should it. The oil is a mixture of various fats contained in peanuts, but the oil itself has no peanut taste or smell.

> 24 hourHad a hard time finding peanut oil where I live in a smaller quantity and at a good price. You cant go wrong with Planters.

> 24 hourI use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for all food cooking except desserts. This is my go-to for cakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, etc.

> 24 hourUse to use this lil before to try chicken in. There came a point that you could not find it or it was too pricey. Someone told me to try Amazon. Thank you so much.

> 24 hourI got two bottles and I need to get more as they are already gone. I loved the taste of the food when cooking with this. It does not leave a bad aftertaste and the smell when using it is not bad. 10 stars is what my family rate it but it is only a 5 start rating above so Its a great cooking oil. Worth it.

> 24 hourI would not buy this oil again. The brand of oil I was buying from my grocer, had great taste, but that brand, doesnt seem to be available since the pandemic started. I tried Planters brand and its supposed to be good, right. Wrong!. This oil doesnt give the results I am looking for. When it says Peanut oil it should taste like roasted peanuts, but instead it tastes like Canola. I would not recommend this oil at all.

> 24 hourI use peanut oil, and olive oil for most tasks. Olive when I want flavor, and peanut when I dont. Both have high monounsaturated so, theyre very heart healthy. I do use sunflower oil for frying schnitzel, it has the same smoke point as olive , but is cheaper and has no flavor, and I dont reuse it. As an added bonus, its extremely high in polyunsaturated fats which makes it perfect for seasoning cast iron. There were several reviews about lack of flavor. They were confusing the frying oil peanut oil with unrefined peanut oil and toasted peanut oil (which has a fairly low smoke point). Id point out that refined peanut oil is not required to carry the warning label for allergens. Im pretty sure a turkey fried in unrefined peanut oil wouldnt be the hit of the party. Youd taste peanut, not turkey.
