Greater than one weekUsually buy this from a local store but this time they were out. I ordered from Amazon and the weather was cold but I never expected this oil to arrive frozen into a brick in a bottle. Freezing changes the flavor and makes it taste old. Not happy about the freezer burn.

> 3 dayI dont use peanut oil often, but I have a couple of recipes that call for it in which regular cooking oil just wont provide the same flavor. My local stores - and I have checked everywhere - have stopped carrying this size container of peanut oil and now only carry it in gallon sizes. I suppose most people use it for frying turkeys or similar big jobs, but I use it for stir-frying and in a Chinese salad dressing and dont want to have to store a gallon of this for a long time. I was happy to find that Amazon still carries the smaller size but it does cost quite a bit more than regular cooking oil. But I will happily pay the price to get this smaller size.
