    I copy a lot of CDs. Using this nifty unit takes the stress off of my aging computer. Im nervous about technology, being a Senior and all, but this is simpler than the computer to use. Zip zip- fast and very easy to use. I havent copied any DVDs yet but the procedure is the same. Im pleased. I didnt rate tech support because I havent needed any- but they do offer it.

    This was a repackage tower. It came with the wrong instructions and there was chocolate all over the install papers. And it doesnt w work.

    Ok, this worked great for one month. Now, as of last month, it takes a 10 full minutes to copy one CD. Cannot recommend this. Huge waste of money.
