> 3 dayI copy a lot of CDs. Using this nifty unit takes the stress off of my aging computer. Im nervous about technology, being a Senior and all, but this is simpler than the computer to use. Zip zip- fast and very easy to use. I havent copied any DVDs yet but the procedure is the same. Im pleased. I didnt rate tech support because I havent needed any- but they do offer it.

> 3 dayI was excited when I received it, read the instructions and followed them as close as I could but they didn’t match what was in the box. The copier did not match the steps by steps on the manual. Once I got it working I placed my master copy in the designated slot and the blank one in the other slot. It made one copy only. Tried to make another copy but the copier did not and wouldn’t read my master copy, after several attempts and back tracking the instructions, the copier proceeded to erase my master dvd family video. Not happy with it
