We had one for over 8 years, but it would only copy one at a time and we spent hours making our copies and we made thousands of copies of many of our CDs, yes I said CDs, not DVDs. This new duplicator is meeting our expectation of what we needed to work in the music world and now it takes less of our time because 5 at a time is faster than what a single made from out old machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone.
