> 3 dayI have had no problems with this DVD/CD Duplicator. I have used it a lot in the past couple of months. Copied couple 100 DVD’s and CD’s. It can copy 5 at a time and really speeds things up. You can also load DVD’s/CD’s into its internal drive and save them to copy later or recall to make more without loading the original DVD again. So far it has worked great.

> 3 dayUpon first powering on my unit, only the bottom 3 drives would light up or eject at all. The top 3 drives including the Source Tray would not light up or eject, rendering the entire tower useless.

07-06-2025Bought a little of a year ago with a 3 year warranty. When it stopped working within the fist year I submitted a warranty claim I was told to take it somewhere to get fixed, pay for it and send them the receipt and see if it is eligible to be under warranty. Did some checking and doesnt look like anyone fixes these machines.

> 3 dayTech support people are great to work with. After a few hurdles in starting up (my work is copyrighted, so I wanted to make copy-protected discs, which meant a little bit of a detour--no big deal, they talked me through it over the phone) I am now able to easily and capably make copies. The machine is quiet. The machine is easy to use. It just sits on a table next to my desk and does its thing.

> 3 dayPurchased mine last month. Ive only burned 100 discs...and one of the drives is already going out. Also, Ive noticed when doing long runs of discs, if you just keep inserting more discs without resetting the interface, each burn session gets noticeably longer (like an extra 15-20 minutes.) Just make sure you press esc after each run, insert the discs into the tray, then press ent to start the next batch (so all drives close at the same time).
