08-06-2025It’s great high quality protein, been using it for 2 years now and it’s the first time I’ve ordered it off of amazon because GNC didn’t have it in stock, but the protein the best I’ve had and it taste great.

> 3 dayI’ve tried many protein powders and this is one of my favorites. Great chocolate flavor and no stomach upset which I’m used to with other brands. Nice and smooth even mixed with water, no chalky taste. Have purchased this several times and been happy

> 3 dayI was reading about fasting and BCAAs, so bought the blueberry BCAAs and Amplify XL at GNC and immediately knew I had been ripped off. Tried the BCAAs, found the experience weird and threw up day after. Turns out its the citric acid. Tried it again a while later and the tasting like hair thing just bothered me too much. So, threw that stuff away. HOWEVER, the Amplify XL became a breakfast replacement staple. I have been able to go til mid-afternoon without eating and have lost weight. The substantial feeling each morning made me look forward to this ritual. I bought a 2-pack of chocolate whey protein at BJs for $35 and, while its ok, its not as great as the Amplify. I especially like the addition of egg. In the weeks I was on it, I lost 20 lbs and never felt gaunt or weak. With the bargain stuff, its ok...but it has more calories, no gimmicky add-ins and the taste perhaps doesnt hold me to the fitness ritual. This may just be placebo, but I do know the $45 tub I got from GNC coincided with feeling great for several weeks.

Greater than one weekIve tried several brands of protein powders and found this is the one that fits my needs. I ordered the flavor Vanilla Flex. I purchased the first container from the GNC store at the recommendation of the staff, then found it was less expensive on Amazon. Im debating about signing up for the monthly subscription to help reduce the cost. Digestive: No digestive upset, no bloating or discomfort in any way. That was my biggest issue with other brands. I had previously tried a regular whey protein powder then a vegan protein powder. I always had the bloating. Flavor: The flavor is good. Not super, but much better than other protein powders. Mixing: I tried mixing with cold water in a plastic cup and fork (so the fork tines would help break up the clumps) and never got it mixed well. I found an inexpensive protein shaker cup at the grocery store that has the wire ball and that works great. Ive found that if I shake it, then let it sit for a minute or two then shake again, its almost completely blended.

> 3 dayThis has been the only protein powder I have used that I have not needed to add anything but water to for flavoring. 8oz of water and a scoop and it is good to go. I drink the Vanilla and use a blender. No chalky flavor at all.
