Greater than one weekI got this today, I was suggested getting powdered since itll be more efficient and cost worthy. 3 things about Amplify XL •it smells great, I didnt take the seal off and had a nice peanut butter smell • Taste a bit cinnamon which I dont mind • Thicc and filling
