> 3 dayI faithfully do monthly backup imaging of my computers with weekly incremental backups. The portable drive I was using was filling up as my data has expanded with lots of travel photos and videos. So I got this SSD as the new backup drive, which is then copied to an off-line NAS. (Never rely on a single backup.) Its super fast, especially when backing up another SSD. Gets a little warm after a 50GB backup, but its moving a lot of bits and I dont think thats unreasonable. Obviously long-term reliability is not known, but Ive had other PNY USB storage that never had any problems.

Greater than one weekIts quite small and works well. Great to have 480GB in such a small package. Speed seems limited by my system, I get 60-80 MB/sec on transfers, access is fast. I am very happy with mine and may purchase another.

> 3 dayThese are tiny and fast! I use this drive as an external drive to my 2016 MacBook Pro. They are almost as fast as the Samsung T3 SSD, which is one of the fastest today. I have Windows 10 installed on this drive for gaming on the MacBook Pro, so I dont have to partition the internal drive with Boot Camp. This way my Mac drive is clean without any Windows installations. This drive has Overwatch installed, and I consistently load the game faster than others, which means I can pick the hero of my choice first. Highly recommended for the value and speed. **** UPDATE 6/2017 **** Its dead.

> 3 dayI LOVE THIS. I use this thing to run Windows 10 externally through Thunderbolt 3.1 USB-C. The speed of the connection is fast enough to support everything I I need to do, even gaming. Its compact and fits in accessory pockets of my laptop case. Im really impressed with his little SSD.

Greater than one weekBy far the slowest drive I have owned. I have 6 external drives because I am a professional Videographer. The write spend on this SSD has never gone above 40MB/s and the read speed has never gone above 100MB/s. This is WAY Far below the industry standard (even for the cheapest solid state drive on the market). Once again.... You get what you pay for. The extra $40 for a good drive would have saved me tons of time loading and editing. Again.. this SSD is even slower than most other Budget SSDs. So, its back to SanDisk and Samsung for me. Less learned.

> 3 dayI passed this by at its regular selling price, but when I saw it on sale, I didn’t hesitate. Now I’m sorry that I didn’t check to see if I could get two at the sale price. I simply plugged this into a USB 3.0 port an ultralight laptop with an Intel Core i7 running under Windows 10. Using Crystal DiskMark 5, this wonderful little drive clocked better than 400 Mb/S on Read and Write! I got this primarily for use with my laptop when I travel and do photo and video editing. It weighs practically nothing, is very small and fast. Everything I could want. I’m going to keep my eyes open for the next time it is offered at a sale price on Amazon and get a second. Jerry
