These pads are listed as discrete but I didn’t feel like they’re discrete while wearing one. The 7 is thick and long so you can see the outline in pj’s. I got them because I’ve been having dreams that I’m using the restroom and I was afraid I’d pee the bed. These pads provide security but I can feel the thick pad and it’s annoying. I like that the individual wrappers aren’t plastic so they don’t make that noisy pad sound when you open them. If I needed these daily I’d try a thinner more discreet pad. I feel like these would’ve been perfect for postpartum when I felt like I needed mega protection.

The plain box threw me, but I am kind of glad now. These are super absorbent and large capacity. Works well after my surgery until my continence returns. A little bulky but at this point, I dont mind.

Since the item page has good photos, and it has a good description of this product, I will not bother adding pictures or more of a description. The women of my family at one time or another have used this product without issues. They work as intended, and the company has delivered a consistent product over time.

Always comfortable and absorbent. Wish they used the a zip lock for easy disposal.

Im waiting until I wear these overnight, before I comment on their absorbency, but I love how wide these pads are. I wear boy-leg underwear (like very short shorts). These are wide enough to cover the inseam of my panties completely. I just put on a pad, and it feels good sitting down. If I have a chance to write more after wearing them overnight once or twice, I will add to my comments.

These are bigger than I anticipated, and the pictures in reviews vary widely. This size (78 count, 7 absorbency) are very similar to the postpartum pads I received when my son was born. They arent built for little leaks! Wings would be helpful to keep them in place, but they have a slight curvature that helps them hug the body. Very absorbent!

These are heavy and large for incontinence. These would most likely be too large for periods. For elderly like my mom who are bedridden or for those whom cannot get to restroom in time these are perfect. The 2 pack were supersized and a lot of pads included.

When purchasing menstrual pad, bladder incontinence pad or postpartum pads, one thing that I take into consideration is whether it will irritate my skin particularly my groin area sometimes resulting to rashes. Some pads can be really absorbent but is not good on the skin. Good thing this one does not! I am not post partum nor with bladder incontinence but tried this on my first day of my menstrual cycle where my period is the heaviest. This box comes with 78 pieces of ultra long and wide pads. They are best for post partum or after giving birth., or nighttime pads for women who have heavy periods like me. It keeps you dry and has odor control in those heavy days. The price point is reasonable considering it contains 78 pads. Nice deal!
