> 3 dayOddly enough, this review is being written by a man. I have had numerous digestive system issues throughout my life and many surgeries. Sometimes, there are some nighttime issues and I typically use mens guards to help. They are bulky and uncomfortable. I decided to try these after I saw that they seemed thinner and covered more area. It was a great experiment. I am now sold on these and when needed, will use them over the mens guards any day of the week. They are so much more comfortable and dont constantly remind me that I am using them.

> 3 dayThese are heavy and large for incontinence. These would most likely be too large for periods. For elderly like my mom who are bedridden or for those whom cannot get to restroom in time these are perfect. The 2 pack were supersized and a lot of pads included.
