I havent used it and been able to test the durability of this bag, but it is beautiful and feels like quality, for sure. It feels thick and looks rich. I want to clarify for anyone wondering. I asked the company directly and was told their bags actually are made in China but with American or Italian leather. They assured me that China makes a wide range of quality products and that their bags are of high quality. After receiving my bag, I completely agree, so far. However if you are looking for manufactured in America or Italy, I have been told, they are not.

Ordered this bag having also purchased the Polare messenger bag last year and being satisfied and have to say the quality on this bag is probably even better. The bag is the perfect size to take out for a weekend trip (think the size of your average medium-sized gym bag) with plenty of usable pockets and space. Bag seems durable and the stitching and lining are all done very well. When you unwrap it you get the smell of fresh leather. Cant wait to use the bag! Its sure to be a conversation piece.

Its the perfect size for a weekend trip. Overall made well and so far has taken the normal beating that traveling causes on a bag. The manufacturer should change the way the package it as it had several deep folds in it when I received it. I stuffed a blanket in it and threw it on a heat vent and they came out but the packaging should be improved. Overall a good buy.

Overall I like the bag. Something solid in the bottom would make it less flimsy. Other than that a really well built and nice looking bag. I’m keeping it. It’s worth the extra money.

The duffle is perfect for a gift. Quality of leather is very high. Just wish there was a means of having initials embossed on the bag. That would make it so much more personal.

For a very long time, Ive been using a black, Dakota weekender duffel made of ballistic nylon, that has served me well. It has two side compartments and a center compartment with a flap top. Its light and strong and very generic looking. Did I mention Ive had it for a long time? I decided that I wanted something new, that had more of an Indiana Jones look, that was more stylish, a bit bigger, and made of leather. I gravitated to the Polare products as I already own one of their sling bags in leather of the same type and color and absolutely love it. It didnt really occur to me that I would have a matching pair so to speak if I got their weekender too, but now I do! The quality of this duffel is outstanding. The leather is beautiful and the stitching flawless. The zippers are clearly top notch and all of them feature leather pulls that arent going anywhere.In addition to the side and center compartments, there is one on the front that will hold my smallish tablet and wider/deeper items like cables and adapters and another in front of that that will hold flatter things like travel documents. On the back is another flat, zipped compartment. All compartments are lined with some sort of nylon to make cleaning inside a breeze. There is a shoulder strap provided that has brass, quick release connectors, that look like they are very heavy duty. The duffel is comfortable to carry by hand or over the shoulder. It will easily hold enough for a 5+ day trip. I have never received a compliment for my luggage, but after a recent trip to the Caribbean, Ive gotten several, especially with the sling bag along for the ride. I might just relic it a bit by dragging it down a country road behind my truck...NAH, I wont do that. But Id bet it would hold up just fine if I did and look great afterwards too!

Beautiful leather bag, great for packing for several days of travel, plenty of space. The leather is everything I was hoping for...feels soft and rich, and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to buy an upscale leather bag that is great value for the money.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, very durable & one handsome duffel bag!!! Im EXTREMELY happy with this product & money well spent as far as Im concerned!

Great product, will must likely last a long time but it’s heavy for a bag. You will get tired of the weight.
