I set these up in Smart Life app for iphone. Setup was easy. They control my bug zappers, so they turn on a dusk and off at dawn. Scheduling them was easy, and I can even enable Alexa voice control if I want through the app.

Needed four of these for lamps. Set up the first one without a hitch so I know what Im doing. Ive set up dozens of these before. All downhill after that. The other three are trash. Followed the directions to the letter and they wont connect. Waste of money and time.

I dont think it was the product that was the problem, but the OSAIO app. that was associated with outlets. Every couple of weeks they had to be reprogrammed. Then they didnt like being associated with Alexa and that was enough. There landfill now.

This works nicely with Alexa and Echoes, and the price is great. The setup is easy, but I wanted this to control a bedside lamp. The problem was that this is so large that combined with the lamp plug, I have to move the nightstand a good two inches further away from the wall than it was before. I will put a flat plug on the lamp, but it will still be further than I wanted. Other than that and in use for items where there are no space constraints, it works very well. We also were able to use it on a lamp that plugs into our media cabinet and it works great from inside an enclosed cabinet. I wish that they were a bit smaller but still a very good set to purchase. 3 of 8 are working perfectly. The rest I have to do a little hacking. During wifi setup, the plug will turns off. You will need to turn it on while the app shows it is waiting. This causes the app to recognize that the setup was completed

These are physically large. Both in width and depth. A little over an inch deep, and a little under 2 inches in diameter. When you add the plug, you have a fair distance from the wall to the end of the plug. Ignore the programming instructions in the insert. You do not need the OSAIO app, instead download Smart Life app and use that. BE SURE YOUR DEVICE IS on 2.4 GHz when programming. The Smart Life app will walk you through install, I had to use the manual version, it would not find them automatically. The Smart Life app will also allow you to connect it to Alexa or Google, do realize it takes a minute or two once connected for the voice commands to work.

I used it for little more than a year and now it stopped working. I would not want to buy it again

I have not had one issues yet since Ive owned this product. I dont have Alexa, so I cant tell you how well that works with it. But I use it with my iPhone and it works for me.

Does not work with Google home could not work with the app that it asked for Had an extremely hard time trying to get these to do anything I do anything I guess theyre going in the trash can
