I bought this for the night stand in a spare bedroom (will be buying more!). My 6 year nephew loved it for the cooling air and also the light and both helped him relax and fall asleep. I found it effective and easy to fall asleep to. Putting the ice on top is easy and the item feels secure against leaks. The huge benefit has been using it for my senior dog and cat who spend a lot of time in their beds and of course have trouble in the heat. They have both done well having the fan next to their beds when I leave for work and I feel better about their safety and comfort while I am gone. This will not fall in them! I am happy to recommend this for pets and for bedrooms. My husband will also put it on the coffee table while he is on the couch watching tv. Maybe everyone in the family needs one!

The item is great, it uses water to help produce some great cold air and even when you run out of water the fan stays on. The cool mist diffused by the product cools an average room pretty nicely, and definitely works well . All the settings are pretty easy to understand and the remote is small and easy to use

At first I was skeptical how well this would work. My office seems like the hottest room in the house and I needed a little extra cooling. Well, I am very satisfied, as it is perfect for what I needed. Ive seen a couple comments about it being loud. I dont think its loud at all - probably about equivalent to a desktop fan. I filled it with ice cold water, and let me tell you, it really cooled the room down. We have also used it out on our screened in porch and it is perfect for that as well. I would say the best application is for when people are in fairly close proximity - sitting around a table, camping, or near your bed. It also has some nice timer functions as well, and the remote is a very nice feature. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase!

I have a small office that get zero ventilation, so needless to say it get super cold in the winter amd super hot in the summer. This machine make my office very comfortable. I also take it camping to cool off my bedroom more. Best one I have purchased so far! You wont be disappointed!

This cooling fan is amazing! I work in an office where the air conditioning doesnt really work. I add cold water and ice cubes and it keeps me cooled down. The area where I work is way too big to cool the whole room with, but it keeps me cool in the 80 Degree office. I even have gotten cold when I have it directly on me. I use the setting high and water continuously comes out. It also helps with the dryness in my office. Before using my hands hurt from dryness and now my hands are no longer dry!

This personal air conditioner is a great summer tool! We have really high humidity, and we can enjoy the outdoors without getting hot and sticky. Its great on our boat when we dont want to run the cabin air conditioner. Our patio is so much more usable now that we have a way to stay cool. This is a terrific product if you love being outdoors, but hate hate heat and humidity!

You plug it in to power it, and there are buttons that control the strength of the airflow. The cooling works by using cold water or even better, ice and cold water in a container that inserts at the top. I recommend this portable AC, and I’ll be using it this Summer as it gets hotter.

We used this item for our camping trailer and it workered pretty good. Its small and has 3settings for air. You do need to add water for better results we added ice water and that really helped it stay cool. You do need to plan on having the item plugged in. Its great for small closed spaces. I wouldnt recommend it for large open spaces you wont feel it.

I bought this portable air conditioner for my ten year old’s gaming station. He is able to fill it with ice and a little water to keep himself cool while gaming. I love the fact that it has multiple air flows and he is able to use it independently! Yes, even a child can work this space efficient, portable air cooler. Great for a small space! Definitely recommend!

I understand why some people reviewed this product poorly, but if you read the product description you get exactly what is outlined there. This is a light, portable, and fairly quiet little fan. You add cold water and it will cool the air that comes out of it. The mist it creates is very fine. Its so fine in fact that I wasnt even sure anything was coming out until we held a light up to it. The lights around the top are pretty fun, and Id say it would be great in a kids room. This product is great if youre looking for a desktop or bedside fan to get some air movement, provide some white noise, and perhaps a nightlight. If you wanted, you could probably even connect it to a large battery pack to take it on the road. If youre looking for something to significantly drop the temperature in a room, this isnt the product for you.
