I bought this for my camper. I have a small window unit but it wasn’t enough to cool the entire camper. This is the perfect addition to help cool the rest of my camper. Works great when you put ice cubes in. Definitely puts out cool air!

Okee dokee let’s be honest this is not your typical air conditioning machine,,,nope not even close. If your expecting that I’d say move on.,.this won’t cool your house. HOWEVER, it’s WELL worth the money, in fact I bought two. ( Well I bought one then loved that so much I bought it a friend) Now for those who say it only runs four hours? Turn off the timer button and it will run forever. You have options. This little fan is powerful it will blow wind about 10 to 12 feet away ,but is most effective at close range, and will mist just slightly if you choose… I run this baby all night and have not put in my usual window conditioning. I’m not suggesting you do the same, I’m just sick of the window air conditioner. This preforms near as good with out blowing in pollen, dust or upsetting my husbands asthma. Plus we don’t have to break our back to put it in, and we can still open windows. So pros and cons Pros Very affordable to buy Extremely Light weight and portable Small size for how powerful the fan is Remotes awesome Adorable colorful lights ( option to turn off) Quieter than a standard rotation fan Don’t need ice or water to run ( optional) super duper cheap to run..win win,! If it’s unbearably hot you can sit it rite beside you and you will eventually need a blanket ..( probably eye drops too) So overall those are reasons to buy this adorable little machine. I was far more impressed than expected. Plus the mini humidifier is great if the weathers dry. Cons Doesn’t rotate Cords a bit short Ice or water really don’t make any difference with how cool the air feels…but it’s fun to add. Infact I’m not even sure water makes a difference I tested it three ways . It’s really not going to cool down the house but it will bring relief if near by you. Its a glorified fan, but it works…very well. Infact I bought two. So overall just buy it, don’t expect it to preform like a 40 to 50 pound window air conditioner or powerful central air …it’s got its limitations…go easy on it ..but it’s excellent value for the size, convenience, and price. Plus it’s cute. One of my favorite purchases. I had low expectations so I was pleasantly surprised.

I live in a very old beat down shack of a 1950s house with a room that has a closed window that I cant open to vent out so it gets very stuffy in there. It had me very skeptical about this product at first because I didnt think that something so small could produce decent cool winds in a old house that needs to be torn down in my honest opinion. I literally just got my cooler fan this morning and Im currently standing 5 ft from it with my cat and hes very happy about it being cool in the room. And I have the fan speed at the lowest setting. I just put water in the tank, didnt even think about ice cubes because its doing what it needs to do without ice cubes thankfully. Maybe as the summer progresses in WA state Ill think about adding ice cubes in the tank, but its doing its thing in the meantime. For the people who live in very old houses with stuffy small spare rooms and cant afford a big ac unit, I highly recommend this product.

I live in a two bedroom apartment on the top floor and needed a way to cool this place down without a huge AC unit. I bought just one originally, and it was super awesome and did a really good job at cooling things down -so I ordered a second one too! My apartment stays super nice and cool now. These little guys are great; and I really love that you can put water and/or ice in the top too!

Nice little unit. I have a dedicated home theater. This little guy helps to keep the room comfortable. With the projector and amps in my theater room. It can get quite warm in there during the summer months. It doesnt keep the room cold like my AC does. But it keeps the room cool enough to be comfortable. And its quieter than the AC. Which is great when watching movies. Would definitely recommend.

I understand why some people reviewed this product poorly, but if you read the product description you get exactly what is outlined there. This is a light, portable, and fairly quiet little fan. You add cold water and it will cool the air that comes out of it. The mist it creates is very fine. Its so fine in fact that I wasnt even sure anything was coming out until we held a light up to it. The lights around the top are pretty fun, and Id say it would be great in a kids room. This product is great if youre looking for a desktop or bedside fan to get some air movement, provide some white noise, and perhaps a nightlight. If you wanted, you could probably even connect it to a large battery pack to take it on the road. If youre looking for something to significantly drop the temperature in a room, this isnt the product for you.

- The unit is larger than expected but it was welcome due to the amount of air it moves. - While not cold air (not intended to be), it does a great job in cooling things down. Have realistic expectations for what the product is. - The large water/ice compartment was a bonus for extended use. - The controls and remote control are intuitive. - Only Recommendation is that I would have loved to see a second mister! The one works great but wonder how much more two or three misters would have impacted the temperature of outputted air. - Overall I’m happy with the purchase. 5 stars!

I bought this item to cool a small room. It comes with a USB cord and with an adapter to convert to regular outlet it would only run for 3 seconds and kick itself off. Im pretty sure its a safety feature to prevent it from getting too hot because it works GREAT in my daughters conversion van during camping! Highly recommended for smaller circuits and spaces!

I was not expecting this to perform as well as it did. With cold water, the unit definitely has an effect of cooling down my immediate area in an office where our HVAC doe snot often work. I wish the fan could be quieter, but that is technically something i could replace if it annoys me enough to do so. Also, make sure to use the USB it came with. Unit did not want to power on with other cords on chargers that met the power requirements. Once i used a 2A outlet with the provided cable, unit functioned immediately.
