Greater than one weekGot this for my cramps and during those days the heating pad soothes it. It has different levels so that you can adjust it, the massage is only vibration. The vibration is okay, doesnt really do much for the cramps, but it does have 3 different kind of vibrations. Overall loved the heating pad, the massage wont really use.

> 3 dayThe light for the heating side just stopped working the 2nd time I used it. The heat still comes on, just not the light. The vibrations help sooo much when it’s my monthly. I love it so far. :) Ps.. tried putting a video but amazons reviews pages suck!
