I actually bought this for my back. I drive twelve hour shifts on the ride share apps. My back has always been trash. By hour seven or eight I’m pretty achy. This is great for providing heat and vibration to the pain areas, super convenient to be able to strap it on, and small enough that it’s easy to stash away when I’m not using. Only downside is the battery life. It does last a good couple hours, just not as long as I’d like. Otherwise great product.

The heat function ramps up quickly, and is able to run for multiple hours between charges. My wife likes it for both cramps and back pain, and really likes that she can wear it as she goes about her day.

Love this heating pad so much! It vibrates and has multiple temperatures! I’m a bigger girl and I was worried the strap would fit around my waist but it did with more room to spare! My only gripe about it is it doesn’t really hold a long charge. Definitely charge it every night when you go to bed

I suffer from crohns disease and dealt with an obstruction for over a year while the Healthcare system failed me. I finally was able to have my surgery to correct the problem. This little device saved me on some of the worst days. If you keep the heat on high it lasts about 3 hours for me. If kept at 1 it lasted about 5 to 6 hours. The underside is like a microsuede so its smooth against your skin. My only complaint is that I wish it had a clip/buckle like a fanny pack/bum bag. You have to put the device on almost like a pair of pants or a shirt. Especially if youre in pain bending over to step into the waistband or trying pull it down past your chest is a struggle.

I originally bought this for my wife to help with period pains, and it worked so well for her that I had to buy one for myself for my stomach(digestive issues) and back pain. Extremely comfortable fit and easily adjustable, you get the perfect fit every time. The heat is impressive; it has three heat settings for me and my wife to get the right amount for all our aches and pains. Built-in vibration so it helps my back and stomach pain and helps soothe my wifes cramps. Very easy to use. Hold the button to turn it on and pick the correct settings for you. Portable, so I can take it anywhere and use it in any environment. Great product, and I recommend it to anybody who needs help with aches and pains and wants to avoid being stuck in one place with a traditional heating pad plugged into the wall or a dangerous bean bag or water bottle.

Update : Contacted company they sent me a new one. SO GRATEFUL! I’m happy to have a working one again because it truly helps me with my lower back pain ! I ordered this for sporadic cramps I was happy because it does help but after the first 2 days of use it’s completely not working. Won’t charge . Lights won’t turn on. No heating .. just nothing .

The massage feature is quite loud and annoying, but the heat function is amazing for cramps and backaches. I love that you can turn each feature on individually so you don’t have to hear the loud massage function unless you want to use it.

I really like this product only down part is the battery life isn’t long & it automatically stops every 10 mins so you have to keep pressing it to turn on but other than that I love the product, if you have bad cramps I highly recommend this

The light for the heating side just stopped working the 2nd time I used it. The heat still comes on, just not the light. The vibrations help sooo much when it’s my monthly. I love it so far. :) Ps.. tried putting a video but amazons reviews pages suck!

I absolutely love this product. If you suffer from cramps, this will save you! It has 3 heat settings and 3 vibrate settings. If you use both settings together, it will lessen the power of both, but still very effective. The heat gets very hot even on the lowest setting. Make sure to wear a shirt or put a towel between the heater and your skin so you don’t burn yourself. This keeps a charge for hours. I was nervous that it would die after an hr, but it definitely keeps its charge all day. Don’t stay in pain any longer. Get this ASAP! You won’t regret it.
