> 3 dayThis is a cost effective alternative to the Baby Bjorn seat and worth it for the price. PROS: - Light enough for my 2 y.o. to handle yet sturdy enough to hold his weight - Similar in size and shape to the Baby Bjorn seat insert. My son happily (willingly?) uses either. - Rubber ring keeps it from slipping around on the toilet seat once your kid sits on it - Adequate splash guard (but youll still have to teach your munchkin to push down his winky) - Hook is included for wall mounting CONS: - Not adjustable. Fits on the standard oblong seats fine but might be too long for the circular seats - The loop for hanging on the wall is on the smaller side. It takes a couple of seconds for my son to maneuver it off the hook - Depending on your kids stream angle youll probably get some splash between the seat insert and the big toilet seat (especially for boys). But thats to be expected anyway when you have a fast pee stream hitting the insert at point blank range. Overall worth it and I would recommend purchasing. In fact I bought 3, one for each bathroom + grandmas house.

> 3 dayPotty training for our Grandson had been a disaster and he was terrified to use any bathroom but the one in his home. He told us he was afraid of falling into the toilet and getting flushed down. We read hundreds of reviews about most seats being leaky, dirty to use and not suitable for boys. We finally bought this one because it was plain and simple and not too expensive. It has been fantastic - there is no urine build up under it, it does not have handles and just rests on top of the regular toilet seat. Ours is an elongated oval. When he needs to go, he carries it over to the toilet, places it on the seat and climbs on. No muss, no fuss. The trick is to provide a small step stool for your little one. They can use it to get seated, then leave the stool in front of the toilet to prop their feet on instead of just letting them dangle. Works great for us.

Greater than one weekThe potty seats fits well on our toilet, which is oval in shape. The rubber grip is also very useful. My 2 year old daughter loves to sit on this one instead of her old potty because it makes her feel more grown up. It is easy to clean and easy to store. The only issue I have with this product is that if the child is seated towards the front end of the potty, then there is a chance of the urine being splashed around by hitting on the splash guard by too much force. But this can be solved by making the child sit towards the rear end. However, I would not recommend it for boys that age because it may not be possible for the kids to control the flow of urine and it may hit the splash guard too often.

Greater than one weekThis thing is amazing! We had bought a different one previously that just auctioned to the seat and it was not for us! This one is amazing! My kiddo can easily put it on and off! It stays in place and fits our toilet perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend this.

> 3 dayI like the fact that you could just place it on the toilet and then put your child on there. I also like the hook so you could take it off and have them get the potty chair out of the way.

> 3 dayI really wanted to teach our 2-year old son to use the toilet once not first on a plastic potty then again on a real toilet. The first step was finding the perfect seat for him that could fit onto our toilets. I bought another product first that claimed to be for oblong seats but it kept sliding and really scared our son away from the toilet. I took a break for a few months while trying to find another seat that would provide a more secure base for him and came across this one. It sits perfectly and doesnt slide or swing around and my son is confident using this. In less than 1 week, he was using the toilet successfully for #1 and #2. It is very easy to clean with a wipe or soap and water and so quick to place or remove for when he needs to use it or the adults need to use it. The hook to hang it is so neat and allows us to remove it when he goes to bed for the night, for example. We have had the hooks in place for a few months - one on a wooden surface and the other on wall - and neither has shown any signs of falling so far. The splash guard is a thoughtful design too because he doesnt always sit still when he does a #1 so that prevents urine from getting everywhere. I really love this toilet seat and would not hesitate to recommend to other parents. We place a basic step stool in front of the toilet for him to get up and it works well for us. We havent tackled nighttime training just yet but when we do, weve got just the tool we need in this potty seat to get the job done!
