Good price works excellent

This unit is great at locating open circuits or broken wires. It can follow the wire to the location of the break. At this price, you couldn’t get more than 2 hours of labor testing for break or short at most shops. You can fix these things yourself if you try.

Yes they made finding wiring short’s open ground so much easier. You could see you were a wire What is going inside of a wiring harness instead of having to cut that harness open so looking for a open or short in a engine bay wiring harness and inside body wiring harness is so much easier

Unit may possibly be a used returned item. Bag that has the alligator signal clip was opened and it was missing a screw for the battery cover on the receiver. 1 set of “sunbeam” brand batteries installed in the unit and 1 set of “Duracell” batteries in the bag.

This is a great tool for diagnosing a OPEN or SHORTED circuit. Used the tool to diagnosis a continues blown fuse the 1st day I received it. Paid for itself. Several good YouTube videos on how to use it.
