> 3 dayI am a Power Probe fan and find that all of the Power Probe products are well built and work as described. This tool is one of those tools that when you need it you are at the end of your sanity chasing down an open or short. Back in my automotive electrical system training days I was thought to use a resetting relay and a radio to find electrical shorts, one step away from looking for smoke. When I had a short recently in my trailer harness this tool took me within a few inches of the problem, allowing me to open the harness and repair the short quickly. The initial use is a little cumbersome... meaning you need to read the short manual Lol but after a couple uses the set up and use is almost automatic. Another one of those must have tools if you own a GM vehicle and do the never ending electrical work yourself.

> 3 dayWorked fantastic found open circuit in my tahoe 4wd system that I have been trying to find for weeks. Only issue was FedEx shipping 2 times they reported unable to deliver because business was closed, my house is not a business and I was home both times. Took at least 6 calls to FedEx to get it delivered.

Greater than one weekThis short/open finder works good. Keep in mind this is not a magic box and does not tell exactly whats wrong and where the problem is. It is a good aid to finding electrical problems. Not a rookie tool. It is for more advanced techs with good knowledge of automotive electrical systems and how they work. This is a shop time saver IF you read the instructions.
