For what it is, its good. It has 10-bit control (from what I can tell). the joysticks are smooth. The pressure sensitivity works well on all the buttons. The rumble works good.

We bought these for the grandkids at their house. Theirs were malfunctioning. They say they are even better than their old ones.

Given the price of these controllers - and particularly since they come in a 2 pack - I wasnt so sure about what Id be getting. So upon receiving the controllers, I was pleasantly surprised. While they certainly feel light (think about the difference between the original PS3 controller, the SIXAXIS, with the later DualShock3 - if the SIXAXIS is lighter than the DS3, these are lighter still), the controllers do feel good in the hand, button presses are solid as is the d-pad and the sticks have good movement and feel, neither too firm nor too loose. They pair with the PS3 easily and charge fine. I havent had the chance to test the motion controls, so I cant comment on the functionality of those.

Look official, no issues

#1 the PS2 Controller turns off at start of a new game load or a disk swap. You just need to turn it on again by pressing the psp center button again. Has happed every time, minor annoyance. My older controllers did not have this issue. Issue #2 Charging a controller will automatically become Controller ONE, even if it was not turned on and connected only to charge, therefore removing and taking over as controller one when you already have controller one turned on. Charging a controller while using controller one turns off controller one and sets the charging controller to controller one. This means you will have to turn off all controllers, start controller one, then plug in the controller you want to charge. This never happened with older controllers. Also if and when controller one is turned off, the charging controlling you just plugged in suddenly becomes controller one even if you didnt turn it on. This is very annoying because you have to start over again. Tested it many times. Can only guess as to why this might happen. #3 Controller is not as heavy as original types. Other than that, the controllers work just fine and are good. Thanks

They work as advertised. USB cord is kind of short but I can play all weekend without recharging.

Finally, a functional pair of PS3 controllers that dont glitch games. They are completely worth the price, especially with the deals. Very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended.
