> 24 hourIt lathers great, has a great smell. And it leaves your hair feeling really clean. I used this back in the 70s and 80s when I was growing up, but then it became hard to find in my area. The local CVS has it rarely and I dont like running out. It is so great to have some on hands. The only problem I had was that the cap was not secured on one bottle. Not much was lost out of that bottle, but there was enough to get all over everything. It would be better if it had one on those adhesive foil things under the lid.

> 24 hourEven though they changed the formula years back, this has always been the best shampoo to remove oil, dirt, whatever.

> 24 hourI simply love this Shampoo. It cleans my scalp very well and the hair looks so healthy after taking bath. But dont forget to apply conditioner after shampoo.

> 24 hourI do not like Shampoos that include too much conditioners. Prell has always been advertised as gentle on your hair so you can use it every day. Used it all my life and it works for me.

> 24 hourIve used Prell Shampoo since I was a child, and always have been satisfied with it. I like its green color, though that has nothing to do with how it cleans. Its reasonably priced and you only need a small amount of it to wash your hair. I dont know what they mean about sherness and thickness above.

> 24 hourIf you just want shampoo without the razz-matazz this is it. Get this stuff if you want to only carry a small volume in a carry on bottle. Its quite concentrated and you can get a lot of washes from it. This is not as dense as their best product that comes in a squeeze tube but for everyday use its great.

> 24 hourActually I do not know what sheerness and thickness means. But this shampoo is an old reliable.....since I was a kid and I am in my 80s. Look. The hair products aisle in my area is crammed with complexity. This stuff is simple. You get in the shower, wet your hair and put it on., Rub it around and that is it. Then rinse. You can do it twice if you want. I have thin hair so once is enough. And I do like the smell. It is sort of a no bs smell......this shampoo is here to work and not be some kind of world wonder.
