Presa Heavy Duty 4-Inch Metal Peg Board Shelving Hooks, 25-Pack

Pleasantly surprised at how substantial these hooks are. Bought them for a peg board in my closet so I could hang some of my more clunkier/larger bags. Not only do they hold weight well but also are the right length for several bags/hook, even with wide bag handles.

My entire garage has heavy duty peg board on the walls and these hooks are the best of several brand I have gathered over the years. The metal ball on the end is far better than the plastic tips on other than always fall off. The only thing that could make these better is to have the same ball feature on the single downward part of the hook that touches the outside if the peg board. My peg board is white and these hooks scratch the finish.

Good hooks all around. Agreed - they are not 1/4, may be 3/8+, but still good enough for 1/4 hole. Regarding the ball not being centered and them being slightly off ( left or right) - I am not gonna shoot some squirrels out of those, so I do not need Smith and Wesson precision over here, Im hangin C clamps, hammers, other heavy objects and they serve the purpose. If some of them stick out less then perpendicular to the board, I just bent them up a bit ( did it once so far out of 15 used).

Those negative reviews did not do justice to this product and I am glad that I ignored them. These just work out great and they are very solid. I will buy again if I need more.

1) very stiff angle causing everything to slide to the root section; had to bend all of them 2) thinner than my old ones and loosely bite my standard 1/4 dia. boards 3) unusable for items with smaller hole; the balls appear bigger than other pegs i bought locally or from amazon

These are the pegs to get,extremely heavy duty nice ball end and nice chrome finish over all surfaces. They are better than the commercial pegs that I have bought for my store in the past.

Well made and sturdy. Will purchase again.
