Presa Heavy Duty 4-Inch Metal Peg Board Shelving Hooks, 25-Pack

Turns out that the best stuff is hard to find in the big box stores. These Presa hooks are far superior to any others I have found.

Strong, and reasonably priced

We purchased 4, 6 and 8 pegs for our nerf wall and they are working great! Much more sturdy than the 1/8 pegs from our local hardware stores.

Arrived very fast and exactly what I was looking for

Very nice, heavy duty metal peg board hooks. Nice and shiny chrome! Unfortunately…there was too much give when attached to my Wall Control metal peg board. These hooks are clearly designed for a thicker peg board material. So the hooks ended up angling downward and my tools would slide off.

Theyre pegs...they let you hang stuff...whats not to love? I will say theyre well made and not flimsy by any means. Good value for the cost.

They are heavy duty and you can hang really heavy stuff on them. The problem this caused for me is the single ear on the bottom of the hook has to support all of the weight and puts enough leveraged pressure on a small contact area with the pegboard and eventually punches through. I solved this by gluing a large washer to the pegboard under the bottom support leg of the hook. Now I could hang a truck tire on it. Trouble now is...I cant lift the tire.

Works great. I like the blob metal safety tips. Much better than the vinyl tipped hooks you find at a retail store.

My entire garage has heavy duty peg board on the walls and these hooks are the best of several brand I have gathered over the years. The metal ball on the end is far better than the plastic tips on other than always fall off. The only thing that could make these better is to have the same ball feature on the single downward part of the hook that touches the outside if the peg board. My peg board is white and these hooks scratch the finish.
