We bought this for a refrigerator repair and have used numerous times for all kinds of cleaning jobs.

Very disappointed..Doesnt get hot enough to steam any thing away..Icaould hold my hand in front of the steam as it was coming out of steamer and it would be luke warm or cold

I sure hope it wasn’t an item sent back as a return . No one sends just one bonnet as an attachment on an item like this. Will try to make it work. Should have returned item.

This product has became my go to for all my cleaning needs! I love that I don’t have to use harmful chemicals around my children! And it is 100% AMAZING at removing crayon from walls!!! I would recommend every house have one of these!!

Product works great and is easy to work. The only thing is I wish the power cord was longer.

I have been searching for the perfect handheld steamer to clean between the small spaces of my windows or bath tub and this little guy is mighty. I really dont know how I did life prior to this.

1- Steam does not get over 221 I tested the temperature because I could easily put my hand in front of it. It average 160, for a few seconds I could get it in the 180s. I bought this specifically because it said it went over 221. 2- this lasts about 2 minutes tops. 3- you have to wait for it to completely cool before you can put in more water... this took over 30 minutes. The funny thing is that the directions stay to keep it plugged in for long projects... keep it plugged in but you cant fill it up?? How does that may sense. 4- lid takes a lot of effort to open 5- All in all a very bad product, I dont know what its good for, waste of my money, I wont buy again or recommend!

This thing is amazing! Unfortunately I did not think to take a “before” picture of my shower, but after cleaning it with this…it looks brand new! It comes with plenty of attachments, making it easy to use on all kinds of surfaces from shower grout to sanitizing toys! I would definitely recommend!
